Ambient Documentation

Record or upload a visit and AxonTron produces the structured clinical note, suggested codes, orders, and an after-visit summary. Nothing enters the chart until the clinician reviews and signs.

1. Transcribe — the visit audio is turned into a transcript.
2. Note — a structured clinical note is drafted.
3. Code — diagnosis/procedure codes are suggested.
4. Orders — follow-up orders are proposed.
5. Sign-off — the clinician reviews everything and signs; only then does it enter the record.

The clinician sign-off is mandatory. Draft notes, codes, and orders are inert until signed.

Clinicians review and sign; nothing here is auto-filed.

• Review codes and orders alongside the note before signing — they're suggestions, not commitments.
• The after-visit summary is generated for you to share with the patient via the portal.
