Documentation
The user guide for practices running on AxonTron. Every workflow follows the same shape: the system does the work, you approve at the gate, the outcome is tracked. Learn that one pattern and you understand every screen.
The one pattern to learn
AxonTron is built on supervised autonomy. Agents detect work, assemble evidence, and draft the action. Work that needs judgment stops at a human gate — a clinician or biller approves, edits, or rejects. Approved work is submitted and tracked to its outcome, and the outcome teaches the system.
Getting started
Practice staff sign in at axontron.com/login. Your administrator assigns your role from Settings → Team; what you can approve depends on it (see Roles & Access). Patients use the portal.
Workflows
Cases assembled, payer rules matched, packet drafted — you approve, we track the decision.
Every denial classified with a win-likelihood and a drafted, payer-specific appeal.
Record the visit; get a structured note, codes, orders, and an after-visit summary — clinician signs.
Messages arrive classified routine / clinical / urgent, with routine replies drafted.
Every appointment carries a no-show risk score; the agent reminds and backfills the waitlist.
Faxes, scans, and referrals extracted and matched to the right patient — confirm and it files itself.
Scan the registry for HEDIS/MIPS-style gaps, launch outreach, and watch gaps close.
Results classified normal / abnormal / critical; abnormal and critical hold for sign-off.
Statements and secure pay links drafted per balance; overdue reminders and reconciliation automated.
Every order passes an un-bypassable safety check and is tracked to delivered — failures surfaced, never lost.
Record what's administered; state-registry reporting happens automatically.
