About AxonTron

We're building AI-native care that finishes what it starts — so dental and medical teams spend their time on patients, not portals.

Why we exist

Dental and medical practices run on software built twenty years ago — Epic, eClinicalWorks, Dentrix — open-loop systems that generate work instead of finishing it. A prior authorization gets faxed and forgotten. A crown ships to the lab and vanishes. A denial sits in a queue. Clinicians burn out doing data entry on top of care.

AxonTron takes the opposite architecture: every workflow is a closed loop. The system detects the work, assembles the evidence, drafts the action, stops at a human gate, submits, tracks the outcome — and learns from it. Each cycle makes the next one sharper.

What we build

One platform that runs a practice end to end — eleven clinical and revenue-cycle workflows (prior authorization, denials, ambient documentation, in-basket triage, scheduling, intake, population health, lab results, billing, order tracking, immunization reporting) plus a complete dental clinical suite (odontogram and voice perio charting, treatment planning with case-acceptance learning, imaging AI, eligibility, ERA posting, hygiene recall, lab-case tracking) and AI voice agents for the front desk — all on one tenant-isolated, fully audited spine.

Our principles

Supervised autonomy. Agents run the analysis; a hard human gate stands before anything is submitted externally. Confidence-gated, auditable, clinician-in-control.

Trust by architecture. Tenant isolation, role-based access, plane separation between vendor and practice, and an append-only audit trail — designed in, not bolted on. Read the security overview.

No lock-in. FHIR-first interoperability and one-click data export. Your data is yours — leaving should be as easy as joining.

Company

AxonTron, Inc. is headquartered in Newark, Delaware. We work with independent practices and clinics that want the leverage of a health system without the bureaucracy of one.
